PRICING and PAYMENTS
The following payments are accepted

You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.
The price for all goods will be as quoted on the Services. The prices displayed on the Services are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, where applicable, or delivery costs, both of which you agree to pay upon ordering.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
unrld. has a 30 day returns policy.
If for any reason you want to exchange or return part of your order please e-mail store@unrld.com to request a return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items that are to be exchanged or refunded must be in new condition.
unrld. does not cover the postage cost of returning your garment(s), however any subsequent item sent back to you as an exchange will be sent free of charge.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
unrld. is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact store@unrld.com to initiate a usps Claim.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 8 working days from the day we receive your order back.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them.
We recommend items be returned by registered of recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received.
For exchanges please include note with your address and item you would like to exchange for.
SALE
We do not refund “FINAL SALE ITEMS”. sale/discounted items can be exchanged or a credit note given.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If an item is received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE,
OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY MATERIALS, PAGES, OR CONTENT ACCESSIBLE VIA THE SERVICES, NOR WILL UNRLD., ITS PARTNERS, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR RECORDS, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNRLD.’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, COMBINED WITH THAT OF UNRLD.’S PARTNERS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US UNDER THIS AGREEMENT; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION ON LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
